I am passionate about my Olive Farm, which I am restoring and planning to expand into organic vegetables, teas, and herbs.
When I was seven years old, my father began teaching me how to grow vegetables.Now, I am at my new farm with an Olive Tree to my right (there are 136 of them) and an Apple Tree to my left.Despite a few years of neglect, this year’s Olive crop looks promising, due to generous winter rains.
