Raised in a Mediterranean home by Greek parents, with deep Greek roots, I learned early that healing begins with nature’s pharmacy. Fresh food, herbs, natural remedies, and a deep respect for the land were not trends in our home—they were simply a way of life.

My father taught me how to care for his vegetable garden during the summers, and those memories have remained close to my heart. Some of my earliest memories are of helping him water, weed, and watch the garden blossom and come to life. We always ate fresh, and through those simple moments I learned that food, herbs, and the earth itself all play a vital role in health and well-being

That deep connection to the land never left me, and it eventually led us to Greece, where we purchased an olive farm and began building a life rooted in healthy food, natural living, and creating products that people can truly love and trust. My passion is not only growing nourishing food, but also cultivating the herbs and flowers I love most — lavender, chamomile, oregano, rosemary, dill, mint, parsley, basil, and even rose petals to blend into special foods and drinks.

I am inspired by the beauty of growing wild, natural things with love and care. I believe the best products begin with healthy soil, a respected environment, and thoughtful stewardship of the land. From olive wood kitchen products to olive oil bath and body goods, my hope is to create offerings that feel honest, beautiful, and deeply rooted in nature.
