Refund and Cancellation Policy

We value your time and ours. Please review the following policy before purchasing a consultation.

1. Advance Payment

Payment is required in advance to reserve your consultation unless otherwise stated.

2. Rescheduling and Cancellation

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled consultation time.

3. Refund Eligibility

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the appointment are eligible for either:
    • a full refund, or
    • one complimentary reschedule.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment are generally not eligible for a refund, but may be eligible for one reschedule at our discretion.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, missed appointments, and no-shows are non-refundable.
  • Once a consultation has started or has been completed, the service is considered delivered and is non-refundable.

4. Emergency Exceptions

In the event of a genuine emergency, we may choose to make a one-time exception at our sole discretion.

5. Third-Party Costs

Any supplements, testing, lab fees, devices, or third-party products/services purchased separately are not included in the consultation fee and are subject to their own refund and cancellation policies.

6. EU Consumer Notice

If you book a consultation to take place within 14 days of purchase, you expressly request that the service begin during that period. Once the consultation is complete, any applicable right of withdrawal may no longer apply.
